Teen Mom” stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra visited their daughter Carly over Labor Day weekend.

According to the report, Catelynn and Tyler, who placed their daughter up for adoption, got together with Carly, and her parents, Brandon and Teresa Davis, for their 4-year visit.

“WOW! I haven’t felt this happy in SO long!” Tyler tweeted. “Playing tag, racing & swinging with Carly is the highlight of my life right now!”

Fans love knowing that “Teen Mom” stars Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra still have contact with Carly thanks to their open adoption. This means that the couple get photos,phone calls, emails, letters, and multiple updates on their child, who is being raised by Brandon and Teresa.

However, Carly is also a big sister. Brandon and Teresa adopted a son, and Catelynn mentored his birth mother, and was even in the delivery room when she gave birth to Carly’s little brother.

It looks like things are going great for Catelynn Lowell, Tyler Baltierra, and their daughter Carly. The family has come a long way since “Teen Mom.”
